Join us to kick-off a weekend of celebration at our drop-in welcome party! Held at Ashley's beautiful childhood home directly on Callander Bay, the festivities will be both indoors and outdoors, weather permitting, so dress comfortably. A spread of food and refreshing beverages will be available as we toast to the upcoming wedding festivities. It's the perfect occasion to meet, greet, and set the tone for a special weekend ahead. We can't wait to welcome you!
Church Ceremony

Join us at the Holy Name of Jesus Church for a Roman Catholic wedding ceremony that will begin at 1:30PM sharp. It is a lovely church, built out of stones quarried from Manitou Island on beautiful Lake Nipissing. The church is located in North Bay, approximately 15 minutes from Callander and our reception venue. It will be a meaningful celebration of love, and we look forward to sharing it with you. Please no food or beverages in the church. Group photos to follow.

Join us at the Osprey Links Golf Club for our wedding reception. The reception will take place indoors. Cocktail hour will begin at 5:00PM. A sit-down dinner will follow, served alongside drinks and cake. After that, get ready to hit the dance floor, and enjoy the evening with us.

2. How do I RSVP?
Please RSVP by following these simple steps:
1. Visit our Wedding Website:
- Go to the RSVP page (Page available at a later date).
2. Enter Full Names:
- Type in the full names of all individuals listed on the envelope of your invitation.
3. Party Details:
- Indicate whether you will be joining us as a party of one or two. If your partner is already mentioned on the invitation, kindly select “Party of One” for yourself.

4. Is there parking available?
Yes! Street parking is available for the Welcome Party. There is a parking lot and street parking available for the ceremony. There is a parking lot at Sunset Park. There is a large parking lot available for the reception. All of the aforemetioned parking is free. We have confirmed that Osprey Links will allow for overnight parking.
5. Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The Welcome Party will be indoor/outdoor, weather permitting. The ceremony and reception will both be indoors. Group photos will likely be outdoors, weather permitting, but this should be brief for guests.
6. Is there a dress code for the wedding?
There is no specific dress code. We want all our guests to be comfortable. You can consider dressing in semi-formal attire or dressy casual attire. There is no colour scheme that we are encouraging.
7. Will there be a break between the ceremony and reception?
Yes, there will be a break between the ceremony and the reception. We anticipate the ceremony and group photos concluding around 3:30, and we kindly ask guests not to arrive at the reception venue for cocktail hour until 4:45-5:00.
This gap serves as an opportunity for everyone to relax and freshen up before diving into the reception festivities. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!
8. Any restaurant recommendations?
If you are staying in Callander, the LakeHouse Bistro is a very nice option for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We highly recommend it!
In North Bay, restaurants that you may enjoy include Burger World (casual breakfast or lunch option), Arugula (lunch or dinner option) and Average Joes (lunch or dinner option, located on beautiful Trout Lake).

10. How will we communicate any updated information and/or changes before the wedding?
Any changes or announcements will be shown as a header at the top of this site. We would also notify our guests personally should there be any big changes.
